Ojo Beauty Salon draws its inspiration from the client’s trip to Japan. Her desire to recreate the calmness and serenity of Japanese spaces merged with her Japanese methods of beauty regimens. Therefore, the interior space was created using raw methods and materiality of light wood, concrete, and natural stone. Bringing the outside in, you enter into a semi-private zone of comfort to pause, then moving through a threshold into the more private salon space; made for most treatments. A more private experience awaits though another arched threshold into the VIP make-up room and unseen bath, a Japanese bathing ritual. Expressed in it soft elements and forms, we aim to create a comfortable, relaxing, and minimal space where the notion of beauty is redefined.
